• "Content" refers to any video, data, or other     materials provided by the User or the Platform.

Usersmust provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Usersare responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accountinformation and for all activities that occur under their account.

4.Service Description

ThePlatform provides tools for video analytics, including but not limited to AIHuman Detection in Restricted Areas, Simple Object Detection, Automatic NumberPlate Recognition (ANPR), Face Recognition, People Counting, TrafficMonitoring, Smoke and Fire Detection and data reporting.

5. Intellectual Property

Allcontent and software provided by the Platform are owned by Spider Digital’s orits licensors, and/or its OEM’s. Users retain ownership of their content butgrant the Platform a license to use it for providing the services.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

Wecollect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform,you consent to such collection and use.

7. Account Termination

SpiderDigital reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate theseTerms or engage in prohibited activities.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

ThePlatform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SpiderDigital is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform.

9. Data Security

Weimplement security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access anddisclosure. However, no security system is impenetrable.

10. Data Retention

Weretain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and complywith legal obligations which would be discussed and agreed with each and everyclient on time to time basis.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

TheseTerms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolvedthrough binding arbitration.
